Implementation Details:
The Company conducts education at least once a year for current directors, managers and employees on the “Insider Trading Prevention Procedures,” “Internal Material Information Handling Procedures” and related regulations. New directors and managers receive education within 3 months of taking office, and new employees during pre-employment training by HR.
On December 20, 2024, the Company provided 187.5 hours of education to 22 attendees (directors, managers and employees).
Course content: confidentiality of material information; causes, identification and case examples of insider trading; scope of internal material information; confidentiality, disclosure, and handling of violations.
After the session, slides and recordings were posted on the internal employee system for those who could not attend.
