While meeting global customer quality requirements and maximizing enterprise value, we also fulfill our responsibility to the planet and create a positive-cycle green economy.
To deepen corporate sustainability, BoardTek adopts the Board-approved “Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles” as the highest guideline. On November 8, 2022, the Board resolved to establish a Sustainability Committee. To assist the Board in advancing sustainability and improving governance, the Committee’s responsibilities include:

企業永續發展執行情形與成效之追蹤、檢視與修訂。
Supervising sustainability disclosures and reviewing the Sustainability Report.
督導本公司永續發展守則之業務或其他經董事會決議由本委員會辦理之事項。
To advance governance, the environment and social equity, a Sustainability Office is established under the Committee as the dedicated coordinating unit. The Chairman serves as Chief Convener, the President as Vice Convener, and department heads as ex-officio members. The Office develops strategies and annual plans and drives implementation.
