AF Anti-Fingerprint Coating

Technical Description:
Anti-fingerprint vacuum coating uses vacuum-sputter deposition to apply an anti-fingerprint coating on enclosure surfaces, reducing fingerprint and stain adhesion; existing stains wipe off easily, with scratch resistance.

Advantages:
Nanometer-scale protective coating technology.
Low color shift.
Fully eco-friendly, pollution-free process.

Applications:
Notebooks, mobile phones, touch-panel glass, 3C electronics, eyeglass lenses, etc.

Coating Specifications:
Water contact angle > 110°
Post-coating color difference: ΔL ±1.5; Δa ±0.5; Δb ±0.5
Passes notebook usage test specifications.

OEM Coating Products — Films

Technical Description:
Transparent films are patterned with printing or UV embossing to create the desired texture on the back, then a metal film is sputtered on for a metallic shimmer effect. Subsequent printing, stamping, thermoforming or adhesive backing completes the decorative coated sheet.

Advantages:
Continuous-line production with stable coating thickness, color and good adhesion.

Applications:decorative nameplates / films.

OEM Coating Products — Ceramic Substrate Seed Layer

Technical Description:
After laser drilling, PVD sputtering deposits a seed layer onto the ceramic substrate surface and via walls, forming a continuous metal film. Exposure and development create the plating pattern; chemical and electrolytic copper plating then convert the ceramic into a circuit carrier with through-hole copper pillars and metal traces.

Advantages:
Continuous-line production with excellent thickness uniformity.
Through-hole sputtered copper has good continuity, facilitating subsequent electroless and electrolytic copper plating.

Applications: high-power laser carriers / IGBT carriers / IC carriers.

Coating spec:
Ti-Cu thickness combination customizable per customer request.
Coating uniformity U%<5%; U% = (Tmax − Tmin) / (2 × Tavg)

OEM Coating Products

Technical description: Continuous-line vacuum coating replaces the conventional, non-eco-friendly chrome-plating wheel process. A specially developed coating system combined with varied sputter parameters allows aluminum-alloy wheels to display chrome and many other color variations.

Production experience: BoardTek has rich experience matching wheel-coating parameters with upstream/downstream painting; we offer corresponding process technology transfer.
Modular design: the sputter line can be configured per site, capacity and film requirements, with future-flexible adjustment.
Coating technical support and problem-solving: BoardTek provides experience-based support for development and volume production issues.

Applications:
Suitable for cast aluminum-alloy and forged wheel surface-coating processes.

OEM Coating Products

Technical Description:
Notebook plastic-enclosure interior metallization uses physical vacuum-sputter deposition to apply a uniform, dense, continuous metal film inside the plastic enclosure. Designated grounding contact points give the metal film EMI-shielding and conductive functions.

Advantages:
Continuous low-temperature sputter process; no enclosure deformation.
Stable coating resistance.

Plastic-Enclosure Interior EMI Shielding Film

Coating Specifications:
Coating adhesion (3M 610/3M 681 cross-cut) >4B
Enclosure large diagonal resistance: 10–15 Ω
